A Mobile Phone Accessories Company in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Purchasing & Admin Support (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update and maintain data in company databases, systems and online marketplaces
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Collect data from marketplaces and prepare basic reports and summaries
- Manage product offerings across various online marketplaces
- Coordinate and communicate with Chinese suppliers to support purchasing activities
- Process customer returns and refunds on time
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company data
- Provide administrative and data-related support to other departments as required
Requirements:
- Proven at least of working experience as a Purchasing and Admin Support or in a similar role (Open for fresh graduates)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (Active)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
