Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement room pricing strategies
- Manage and build partnerships with local businesses (surf schools, language schools, travel agents)
- Evaluate promotions, discounts and package offerings
- Monitor and manage booking inquiries from email, WhatsApp, and OTA platforms
- Follow up with long-term stay prospects
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline for monthly tenants
- Supervise front office operations
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes
- Ensure co-working spaces operate efficiently
- Monitor internet reliability (critical for remote workers)
- Recruit staff (front office, housekeeping, café team)
- Prepare and manage staff schedules
- Train staff on service standards and SOPs
- Foster a welcoming and collaborative community environment
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Schedule maintenance for AC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Monitor operational expenses
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Property Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly social, proactive and confident in initiating conversations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read situations and mediate conflicts
- Warm, welcoming personality and an active listener
