Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies, budgets, and operational plans aligned with company goals
- Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships and market trends to ensure sustainable growth
- Oversee daily operations across all departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, etc.)
- Ensure smooth property management, facility upkeep, and compliance with safety and legal standards
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and service quality
- Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management in collaboration with the sales team
- Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve performance goals
- Work with marketing teams to promote the property across digital and traditional channels
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, labor laws, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a General Manager or in a related position
- Strong financial acumen and proven track record in budget management and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations, sales & marketin,g and guest service
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
