Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure production timelines are met
- Ensure strict quality control standards are maintained for all fabricated products
- Manage production teams and enforce workplace safety protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials procurement and services
- Track and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Schedule and supervise site inspections and installations
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in product fabrication or manufacturing
- Strong team leadership and workflow management skills
- Solid understanding of inventory, logistics and production processes
- Comfortable conducting site visits and managing on-site installations
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented and highly organized
