A Travel Agency in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Podcast & Video Editor (Part-time, Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Edit weekly/bi-weekly audio and video podcast episodes (remove pauses, filler words, background noise, improve flow)
- Assemble intros, outros, theme music and branding elements
- Mix and master audio for clarity, balance and broadcast-quality output
- Deliver final files in required formats for all audio and video platforms
- Edit long-form video recordings for YouTube
- Add subtitles, overlays, lower-thirds, simple graphics and other branding elements
- Ensure visual consistency that aligns with brand guidelines
- Identify highlight moments from each episode to turn into high-impact teaser clips
- Upload episodes to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube with correct titles, descriptions, chapter markers, tags and thumbnails
- Export and publish short-form content across all social media platforms
- Manage a simple content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets
- Maintain clean file organization (Google Drive/Dropbox)
- Assist with episode notes, timestamps and metadata
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Podcast & Video Editor similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Descript
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes short-form content engaging
- Experience with audio mastering (EQ, compression, noise reduction)
- Familiarity with publishing tools
