Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of instructors and studio staff across four venues
- Build a positive, motivated and high-performing team culture
- Support professional development, training and performance management
- Oversee daily studio operations including class scheduling, staffing and front desk services
- Ensure smooth POS operations, client bookings, memberships and retail transactions
- Maintain premium service standards and a consistent client experience
- Implement strategies to increase class occupancy, memberships and retail sales
- Drive retention and client loyalty through service excellence and community engagement
- Support budgeting, revenue tracking and financial reporting
- Monitor KPIs, studio performance and operational efficiency
- Ensure all studios meet health, safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as Studio Manager similar role ideally in fitness, Pilates, wellness or gym environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-team operations
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using POS systems and managing operational workflows
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent attention to details
