Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Pilates classes according to the studio schedule
- Guide and motivate students to achieve their fitness and wellness goals
- Interact with customers or students in a friendly, professional and supportive manner
- Ensure all sessions are conducted safely and effectively, adapting exercises to individual needs when necessary
- Maintain a positive atmosphere and uphold studio standards
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Friendly, smiley and positive personality with great energy
- Must hold a certification as a Pilates Instructor
- Proven experience in teaching Pilates (mat or reformer preferred)
- Passionate about health, fitness and helping others achieve goals
