A Property Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Part-time, Remote, Bali Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the owner’s personal and professional calendar including scheduling meetings and reminders
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and finance-related tasks
  • Handle contract management and ensure proper documentation
  • Compile reports and assist in preparing materials for meetings
  • Attend in-person meetings as required, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Monitor and manage the owner’s email inbox, ensuring all emails are answered or delegated promptly
  • Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external contacts, maintaining professional and timely communication
  • Conduct research for new projects and business ventures
  • Assist with setting up company accounts with banks and other institutions
  • Coordinate with a third-party payroll provider, ensuring the system is ready for approvals

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy and proactive in managing tasks independently
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision
