A Property Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Part-time, Remote, Bali Based)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner’s personal and professional calendar including scheduling meetings and reminders
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and finance-related tasks
- Handle contract management and ensure proper documentation
- Compile reports and assist in preparing materials for meetings
- Attend in-person meetings as required, taking notes and following up on action items
- Monitor and manage the owner’s email inbox, ensuring all emails are answered or delegated promptly
- Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external contacts, maintaining professional and timely communication
- Conduct research for new projects and business ventures
- Assist with setting up company accounts with banks and other institutions
- Coordinate with a third-party payroll provider, ensuring the system is ready for approvals
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy and proactive in managing tasks independently
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision
