A Real Estate Company in Kaba-Kaba, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Run errands as needed (e.g., grocery shopping, dry cleaning, gift purchasing)
  • Manage personal calendars, schedules and appointments
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries for both personal and professional purposes
  • Coordinate household services (e.g., supplies, maintenance, gardening, cleaning, repairs)
  • Manage property reservations through Airbnb, OTA platforms, phone, email and website
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, cancellations and modifications
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs as well as ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Oversee payments, deposits, refunds and billing issues
  • Coordinate tasks with employees and collaborators
  • Manage filing, documentation and record-keeping
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues on behalf of the employer

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with both Microsoft Office and Apple systems
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva and basic photo editing/design
  • Experience with software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) would be a plus
  • Skilled in the use of AI tools for research and task efficiency
  • Ideally has international experience (study, work, or travel abroad) and exposure to different cultures
  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or client service strongly preferred
  • Background or interest in architecture, interior design or real estate would be a plus
