- Manage and organize day-to-day administrative tasks for the household and employer
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and personal activities
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare summaries or recommendations
- Arrange and manage travel plans including flights, accommodations and itineraries
- Handle correspondence, calls and messages with discretion
- Maintain organized records, files and documentation
- Assist with ad-hoc personal and professional tasks as required
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities
