Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all managed properties including housekeeping, maintenance and guest services
- Ensure properties are guest-ready, clean, well-maintained and fully stocked according to company standards
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules, repairs and preventive upkeep
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Supervise guest communications, check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless process
- Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction, positive reviews and repeat bookings
- Manage and supervise housekeeping, maintenance and guest relations teams
- Recruit, train and mentor operational staff to achieve performance targets
- Provide regular operational updates and financial reports to property owners
- Address owner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce company SOPs across all operational activities
- Oversee inventory management of supplies, linens and amenities
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Operational Manager or in a similar role within hospitality, property management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
