A Property Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full-time, Remote, Bali Based)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre- and post-guest inspections using detailed checklists and photographic documentation
- Report damages, cleanliness issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure each villa is guest-ready and meets company standards before guest arrivals
- Schedule, coordinate and quality-check local cleaners for consistency
- Monitor linen services and stock of consumables
- Escalate repeated quality issues or performance concerns to the Director
- Maintain and grow a reliable network of tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, etc.)
- Coordinate and supervise all repairs, preventive maintenance and servicing visits
- Serve as the primary in-person point of contact for guest issues (lockouts, AC/power issues, etc.)
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director including incident logs, photos and contractor performance feedback
- Maintain accurate digital records of cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks and property status
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and proficient with property management software, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and digital reporting tools
- Friendly, patient and professional
