A Digital Marketing Agency in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Office Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a cross-functional team of 10–15 professionals
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the highest quality standard
- Support the company’s growth across both European and Indonesian markets
- Maintain a positive, open, and collaborative office culture
- Act as the bridge between the Bali office and the European management team
- Monitor team performance and project success, proactively identifying and resolving challenges
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and provide operational support where needed
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Office Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience managing teams in a digital marketing agency or a related industry
- Strong commercial mindset — understands client needs, deadlines and high-quality delivery
- Hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a young, fast-paced, start-up-like environment
