Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 2 girls, 4 and 6 years old
- Provide full-time care for young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional development.
- Create a nurturing, calm, and respectful environment that aligns with the family’s values.
- Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate educational and creative activities that support their cognitive and emotional growth.
- Accompany children during outings, classes, and playdates as needed.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children, respecting dietary preferences and routines.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene routines, and bedtime preparations in a gentle and respectful manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the children’s playroom, bedroom, and belongings.
- Communicate daily with parents regarding children's activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other household staff (housekeepers, chef, driver) to ensure consistent and harmonious care.
- Model and teach good manners, respect, and positive behavior through daily interaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a nanny or caregiver for high-profile or expatriate families.
- Fluent in Bahasa; English language skills are a strong advantage.
- Patient, warm, and emotionally intelligent with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Indonesian culture, etiquette, and values is highly appreciated.
- Able to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
- Physically fit and energetic, able to keep up with active young children.
- Willingness to travel with the family when required.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
