Responsibilities:
- Communicate and maintain relationships with affiliate platforms including management, follow-ups and partnership coordination
- Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Coordinate and communicate with influencers, brand ambassadors and collaboration partners
- Work closely with the CEO to plan and execute marketing initiatives and brand strategies
- Handle extensive email communication with partners and collaborators, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Supervise the Marketing Assistant who manages social media scheduling and smaller collaborations
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly organized and proactive in managing projects, following up with partners and ensuring all deadlines are met
- Outgoing, positive and professional personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about European market trends and styles
