Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Drive brand awareness and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and impactful content
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, ensuring strong community engagement
- Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Generate leads through innovative marketing efforts and partnerships
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee promotional events and activations
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI and key metrics
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong background in campaign management, market analysis and brand development.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and collaborate with teams
- Knowledge of budgeting and lead generation techniques
