A Wellness Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple business units
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, newsletters, etc.)
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, community interaction and tracking performance
- Support and coordinate promotional events and activations to boost traffic and engagement
- Help design and produce marketing materials (flyers, posters, menus, banners, digital assets, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvements
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, on-brand campaign delivery
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role preferably in hospitality, F&B, wellness or retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and basic analytics tools
- Creative content creation skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite or similar tools would be a plus
