A Real Estate Company in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing & Content Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Generate creative ideas for campaigns, social media and marketing initiatives
- Own the full content pipeline (social media, campaigns, advertisements)
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team (designers, videographer, social media team)
- Direct content production including photoshoots, videos and digital assets
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
- Act as the main bridge between internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (Meta Ads, CRM platforms, advertising agencies)
- Maintain a consistent, premium visual and editorial identity across all channels
- Oversee timelines, workflows and project execution
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 4 years of working experience as a Marketing & Content Manager or in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing creative workflows
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, Meta Ads, and CRM tools
- Experience managing both internal teams and external agencies
