A villa management company in Umalas is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Legal Officer (Full-time, Remote, Bali based)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial contracts, agreements, and related legal documents
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory filings
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, investment, and employment matters in Indonesia
  • Assist with legal matters related to real estate, hospitality, villa operations, and investment activities
  • Coordinate with notaries, law firms, government agencies, and other external parties under supervision
  • Provide administrative support for corporate governance and compliance processes
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, corporate documents, and other legal files
  • Support the Manager with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks as required
  • Use AI tools to support legal research, drafting, and document preparation
  • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication with the team
  • Attend in-person meetings with third parties, team meetings, or catch-up meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, property, hospitality, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.)
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented with good document management skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable using or learning AI tools for legal research and drafting
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Candidates based in Bali or Lombok are preferred; candidates from other locations may also be considered
  • Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Bali or Lombok when required
