A property company in Bali is looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, workplace concerns, and general HR matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation
- Assist with monthly payroll processing, employee benefits, BPJS, and other employee-related payments and updates
- Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Prepare and maintain required HR documentation, reports, and employee records
- Coordinate performance review processes, collect feedback, and maintain performance records
- Organize and coordinate training, employee development, and other HR initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR administration, including employee documentation, meetings, internal communication, and HR filing
- Support employee relations and address day-to-day employee concerns professionally and confidentially
- Take ownership of HR operations and work independently, ensuring all HR matters are properly followed up and completed
- Liaise with management and other departments on HR-related matters and provide support on HR initiatives when needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or HR Specialist role
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and employment documentation
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of HR responsibilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee matters professionally
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
