Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resource strategies that align with company goals and enhance overall organizational effectiveness
- Organize and manage the full recruitment process — from interviewing and assessing to selecting top candidates
- Design and execute onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees
- Manage career development programs including training and educational initiatives to enhance employee skills
- Collaborate with the finance team to process and complete employee payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations and internal company policies
- Develop and monitor employee motivation systems and performance evaluations to maintain engagement and productivity
- Serve as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
- Prepare and manage the HR department’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a HR Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
