A Resort in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business growth
- Design and establish scalable HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Support organisational design and workforce planning across multiple brands
- Partner with leadership to identify future talent and organisational needs
- Lead and manage recruitment across all departments and brands
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-performing talent
- Improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methods
- Oversee onboarding and probation processes
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Support managers with coaching, development, and performance discussions
- Act as the main HR advisor to management and employees
- Foster and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and fairly
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labour laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters
- Identify organisational risks and provide practical solutions
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a HR Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
- Proven experience building HR systems, policies, and structures
- Experience leading recruitment across multiple departments
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
