A Recruitment Agency in Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive (Full-time, remote)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company
- Handle visa applications, renewals, and compliance for expatriate employees
- Monitor employee certifications, training records, and license renewals
- Oversee timesheet collection, attendance verification, and support accurate payroll processing
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files in accordance with company policies and employment regulations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures
- Provide HR support to employees and managers, including guidance on HR policies and employee relations
- Assist with HR reporting, administrative tasks, and continuous improvement of HR processes
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a HR Executive or in a related position
- S Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and HR operations.
- Experience handling expatriate visa processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
