A Whole Food Nutrition Company in Canggu, ​Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive (Full Time)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and workplace issues
  • Organize team-building activities, training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters in compliance with labor laws
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations and company policies
  • Manage payroll processing, leave management and employee benefits administration
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs to enhance employee development
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements
  • Work with managers to create career growth opportunities for employees


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as a HR Executive or in a related position 
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or in a related field
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws and employment regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • HR certification would be a plus
