Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs
- Develop short- and long-term hiring plans aligned with business goals
- Define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Post job advertisements across platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and career pages)
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job fairs, networking and referrals
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future openings
- Review resumes and application forms against defined criteria
- Conduct initial interviews (e.g., phone, video, or in-person)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews and assessments
- Draft and negotiate offer letters and employment terms
- Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with HR and relevant departments
- Process employment forms, contracts and documentation
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Hiring Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment (sourcing through onboarding)
- Experience in hospitality or high-volume hiring environments is highly valued
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Skilled in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media for sourcing
- Basic understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Analytical mindset for candidate evaluation and recruitment metrics
