A Property Company in Berawa, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of Marketing (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to the sales team
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads effectively
- Design customer journeys and workflows to maximize engagement and conversion
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Ensure all marketing assets (website, brochures, advertisements, presentations) are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion
- Establish, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, ROI, traffic (organic and paid), brand reach, and engagement
- Analyze campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO/founders
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve marketing effectiveness
- Continuously monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
- Build and manage relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Work closely with product, sales, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of messaging and campaigns
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO/founders to support company growth and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Head of Marketing similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
