A Resort in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer (Full-time, Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest communication across platforms such as Airbnb, WhatsApp, and booking systems (pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-checkout)
- Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs with on-the-ground staff
- Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues in real time
- Drive additional revenue through curated guest experiences (airport transfers, spa bookings, scooter rentals, grocery stock-ups, etc.)
- Proactively secure 5-star reviews and respond to all guest feedback
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and villa teams to ensure high service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and report recurring issues to the operations team
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Guest Relations Officer similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, or short-term rentals
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology; experience with Guesty, Airbnb, or similar PMS is a plus
