A Villa in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Guest Relations Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to guests via chat or phone to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Act as a key communication bridge between guests and management
  • Maintain direct communication and reporting line with the Director
  • Manage and supervise the reservations team
  • Oversee daily booking operations and ensure smooth handling of guest inquiries
  • Handle and monitor e-commerce and online booking channels
  • Ensure high service standards and prompt resolution of guest issues
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven of working experience as a Guest Relations Manager similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  •  Willing to work night shifts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing teams and coordinating across departments
