Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all hotel operations comprehensively
- Develop and implement operational and business strategies to drive sustainable growth
- Ensure consistent high service standards across all departments
- Lead budgeting, cost control, forecasting and financial reporting processes
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance leadership team
- Strengthen relationships with guests, partners and key stakeholders
- Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall revenue performance
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate departmental and property-wide KPIs
- Ensure effective service recovery and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with company policies, brand standards and local regulations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a General Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and international service standards
- Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PMS systems and hotel management tools
- Experience in boutique, lifestyle, or wellness-driven properties is highly preferred
