Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage and maintenance as well as ensuring smooth and efficient performance
- Develop budgets, forecast revenues, manage expenses and ensure the overall financial health of the resort
- Maintain high standards of guest service, address complaints promptly and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience
- Recruit, train and manage staff, fostering a positive, productive and professional work environment
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the resort’s goals, covering marketing, operations and service enhancements
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 5 years of working experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent financial acumen and proven budget management experience
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hospitality software and related technologies
