A Padel League Management platform Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic General Manager (Full-time, On-Site)
Responsibilities:
- Align local operations with broader strategic goals set by growth partners
- Oversee budgeting and full P&L accountability for league and platform operations
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Manage all contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
- Drive daily execution of all company initiatives including leagues, clubs, tournaments and tech rollouts
- Manage and support administrative and community-facing staff across multiple regions
- Provide regular one-on-one check-ins and mentorship to league managers and team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, players and stakeholders globally
- Act as the main liaison between company and its clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Address feedback from clubs and players as well as ensuring it is resolved and documented
- Collaborate with the product team to deploy new features and onboard users
- Ensure smooth configuration and use of the company's app across all clients
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as a General Manager or in a similar role ideally in sports, events, or hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite)
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Highly organized, strong prioritization skills and comfortable working under pressure
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable taking initiative in high-responsibility settings
