Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple Indonesian entities
- Process supplier, contractor, and operational payments accurately and on time
- Maintain proper invoice filing and documentation
- Handle day-to-day tax compliance and reporting
- Ensure all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure accurate reporting of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Develop and maintain project budgets and financial forecasts
- Build and update cashflow forecasts aligned with construction timelines and sales
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for property development projects
- Prepare ROI analysis, profitability projections, and sensitivity analysis
- Monitor construction costs, variations, and contractor payment schedules
- Maintain structured and audit-ready compliance records
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Finance Manager similar role within property development or construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax and compliance regulations
- Advanced financial modelling skills (development projects, ROI, feasibility)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cashflow management
