Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Fiberglass Technician or in a similar role
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Good understanding of fiberglass materials, tools and production workflows
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and ability to enforce discipline and safety protocols
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of fiberglass technicians and laborers
- Oversee the full production process: molding, laminating and finishing of fiberglass boats
- Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets technical and safety standards
- Provide guidance, training and support to the team to maintain high performance
- Ensure project timelines are met and report progress to management
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
