A Clothing Store in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor, track and report on sales KPIs and overall store performance
- Operate and manage Shopify and iSeller POS systems for sales and reporting
- Ensure accurate transaction handling and system efficiency
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock levels and support inventory control to avoid shortages or overstock
Requirement
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Sales Manager or in a related position
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and working in target-driven environments
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and POS systems (iSeller is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis
