A Clinic in Umalas, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Executive Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preliminary client assessments and schedule appointments
  • Issue invoices, track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Answer client inquiries, explain service and upsell additional offerings
  • Assist in organizing and selling retreats including single-client retreats
  • Conduct initial calls with clients before handing over to the senior client manager
  • Support in organizing and promoting online courses
  • Manage and coordinate yearly schedules and activities
  • Conduct competitor research and identify cold leads
  • Actively source new leads and business opportunities
  • Contribute to business growth through sales support and strategic input

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills
  • Strong sales, upselling and business development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with Google Ads would be a plus
  • Background in wellness or health industry would be a plus
  • Willingness to adapt to and work within the GMT+2 timezone
