 A Mobile Phone Accessories Company in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service, German Speaker (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries across various marketplaces using the ticket system
  • Answer customer phone calls in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
  • Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes promptly and effectively
  • Manage return processes and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Work efficiently with a strong problem-solving mindset to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively communicate with and support predominantly German customers
  • Operate within the company’s ERP system for customer and order management

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven at least 3 years of working experience as in E-Commerce Customer Service or in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls and administrative tasks
