Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across various marketplaces using the ticket system
- Answer customer phone calls in a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
- Process customer complaints, returns, and disputes promptly and effectively
- Manage return processes and ensure timely issue resolution
- Work efficiently with a strong problem-solving mindset to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate intercultural understanding to effectively communicate with and support predominantly German customers
- Operate within the company’s ERP system for customer and order management
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 3 years of working experience as in E-Commerce Customer Service or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High degree of intercultural sensitivity and understanding
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls and administrative tasks
