Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily tour operations and ensure smooth execution of all travel services
- Manage transportation logistics including vehicle allocation and scheduling
- Monitor operational workflows to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Coordinate and supervise drivers, tour guides, airport representatives and the operations team
- Provide leadership, direction and support to ensure high team performance
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively resolve potential issues
- Maintain and monitor service quality across all operations
- Handle operational incidents and implement corrective actions promptly
- Work closely with Production and Reservation teams to align operations with bookings and itineraries
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a DMC Operations Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the tourism industry preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC) or travel agency
- Strong background in managing transportation services, drivers and tour guides
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
