A Villa Rental Company in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service (Full-time, Remote, Bali Based)
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest messages via Airbnb, Booking.com, email and WhatsApp
- Address guest inquiries, requests and issues with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Communicate guest requests (e.g., extra towels, maintenance needs) in the Management WhatsApp group, tagging the appropriate manager to ensure action is taken
- Coordinate between guests and villa management to maintain smooth daily operations
- Each morning, take screenshots of upcoming bookings (for the next day) and share them in the relevant WhatsApp groups so management is aware of arrivals
- Ensure villa managers send screenshots of welcome messages to the group by 3 PM and send reminders if not done
- Monitor all bookings throughout the day — if a same-day booking is received, immediately share a screenshot in the WhatsApp group to notify management
- Be proactive in learning how to use new tools and systems (e.g., Motopress)
- Use online resources such as YouTube tutorials and documentation to independently improve relevant technical skills
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service or in a similar role 
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English 
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with Airbnb, Booking.com and other online booking systems
- Strong understanding of digital communication tools such as WhatsApp and email
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, as guest messages can come in at any time
