A Scuba Diving in Sanur, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and request customer deposits and payments for bookings
  • Ensure all booking information is accurately recorded in the CRM system
  • Gather all required guest details for their travels including personal information, travel dates, and special equipment requests
  • Coordinate with guests regarding ad-hoc travel questions, itinerary updates and logistics
  • Provide support and guidance to customers during their travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
  • Collect guest reviews and feedback after their trips
  • Work with the sales team to address any concerns or complaints and ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service or in a similar role within Hospitality 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing guest data accurately
