Responsibilities:
- Create and request customer deposits and payments for bookings
- Ensure all booking information is accurately recorded in the CRM system
- Gather all required guest details for their travels including personal information, travel dates, and special equipment requests
- Coordinate with guests regarding ad-hoc travel questions, itinerary updates and logistics
- Provide support and guidance to customers during their travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
- Collect guest reviews and feedback after their trips
- Work with the sales team to address any concerns or complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service or in a similar role within Hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing guest data accurately
