A F&B Group in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cost Controller (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance including revenue, costs and budgets
- Prepare regular financial reports, budget forecasts and variance analyses to evaluate operational performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability
- Monitor and control operational costs including food & beverage, maintenance and other restaurant-related expenses
- Work closely with department heads to ensure costs remain within approved budgets
- Oversee inventory tracking, ordering, and stock control across all departments
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying and wastage costs
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and culinary teams to assess menu item profitability
- Recommend menu pricing or composition adjustments based on cost structure and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies
- Train operational teams on cost control best practices including procurement efficiency and waste reduction
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Cost Controller similar role within Hospitality Industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations, particularly restaurant and F&B cost structures
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
