Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to the set menu and standard recipes
- Handle meal preparation, plating and garnish presentation
- Maintain daily kitchen operations efficiently and independently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Ensure timely food preparation to meet customer orders
- Maintain food quality, consistency and hygiene standards
- Provide feedback or suggestions to improve menu items when needed
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as or in a similar a Cook role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
