A Construction Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and execution to final handover
- Oversee all on-site activities, including structural works, MEP, finishing, and quality control
- Ensure all construction works comply with applicable regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Develop and manage project timelines, schedules, and progress tracking systems
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with specifications
- Control project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-efficiency strategies
- Identify risks, delays, and issues, and implement effective mitigation plans
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and contractors to ensure quality and value
- Ensure all permits and licenses (PBG, SLF, etc.) are secured and maintained
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation and reports
- Prepare and present regular progress and performance reports to management
- Manage testing, commissioning, and final project handover
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Continuously improve construction processes, efficiency, and quality standards
Requirement
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 5 years of experience working as a Construction Project Manager or in a related position
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations, and project management principles
- Proven experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Solid knowledge of local building regulations, permits, and compliance (PBG, SLF)
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Proficient in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar)
