A Construction Company in Lombok is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Civil Engineer & Supervisor (Full-time)
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor progress and report updates to management.
- Lead and guide workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide clear instructions and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a productive work environment.
- Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Identify and address potential risks or delays.
- Act as a liaison between project owners, engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare daily or weekly progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in a construction/engineering role(minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Formal degree not required; practical field experience is highly valued.
- No previous Supervising experience needed
