A Sustainable Consultant in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve operational systems, workflows, and cost efficiency across company's climate-smart product lines (coffee, chocolate, vanilla beans, etc.)
  • Integrate sustainability and circularity principles into daily operations and product planning
  • Collaborate with the teams to ensure operations support field impact and research insights
  • Prepare operational, financial and performance reports for management review
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Expand market reach by identifying and developing new online and offline distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and business partners
  • Monitor sales trends, customer behaviour and market shifts to guide product positioning and business decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to articulate product impact, sustainability values, and the company's brand vision
  • Ensure product storytelling reflects environmental and social impact from farmer and community partnerships
  • Contribute to branding, campaign ideas and marketing content to enhance market presence
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with private sector stakeholders, NGO's  and government institutions
  • Represent the Company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events and business forums
  • Explore new collaboration opportunities, funding pathways and social enterprise partnerships

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Specialist similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage business operations effectively
  • Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and ability to apply them in a commercial context
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience building and managing client relationships and partnerships
