Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational systems, workflows, and cost efficiency across company's climate-smart product lines (coffee, chocolate, vanilla beans, etc.)
- Integrate sustainability and circularity principles into daily operations and product planning
- Collaborate with the teams to ensure operations support field impact and research insights
- Prepare operational, financial and performance reports for management review
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Expand market reach by identifying and developing new online and offline distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and business partners
- Monitor sales trends, customer behaviour and market shifts to guide product positioning and business decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to articulate product impact, sustainability values, and the company's brand vision
- Ensure product storytelling reflects environmental and social impact from farmer and community partnerships
- Contribute to branding, campaign ideas and marketing content to enhance market presence
- Establish and maintain partnerships with private sector stakeholders, NGO's and government institutions
- Represent the Company at exhibitions, conferences, networking events and business forums
- Explore new collaboration opportunities, funding pathways and social enterprise partnerships
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Specialist similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage business operations effectively
- Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and ability to apply them in a commercial context
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience building and managing client relationships and partnerships
