An IT Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new partners across cafés, restaurants, festivals, events, hotels, and beach clubs
  • Manage the full sales cycle: introduction, pitching, negotiation, agreement signing, and activation coordination
  • Execute toodle’s Go-to-Market stage-gate process: research, qualification, pricing, proposal, and contracting
  • Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and in-person follow-ups with decision-makers
  • Support partners during the early activation phase before handover to the Enablement team
  • Remove commercial and operational bottlenecks during onboarding
  • Maintain strong access to key decision-makers
  • Reinforce commercial expectations and product usage
  • Participate in daily Slack huddles
  • Attend weekly pipeline reviews and monthly performance meetings
  • Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and data accuracy


Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Specialist similar role 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s F&B, nightlife, and hospitality scene 
  • Well-connected and comfortable engaging within these environments
  • Comfortable with cold approaches and handling rejection 
  • Understanding of 5-star hospitality standards
