An IT Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new partners across cafés, restaurants, festivals, events, hotels, and beach clubs
- Manage the full sales cycle: introduction, pitching, negotiation, agreement signing, and activation coordination
- Execute toodle’s Go-to-Market stage-gate process: research, qualification, pricing, proposal, and contracting
- Conduct regular site visits, product demonstrations, and in-person follow-ups with decision-makers
- Support partners during the early activation phase before handover to the Enablement team
- Remove commercial and operational bottlenecks during onboarding
- Maintain strong access to key decision-makers
- Reinforce commercial expectations and product usage
- Participate in daily Slack huddles
- Attend weekly pipeline reviews and monthly performance meetings
- Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and data accuracy
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Specialist similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Deep understanding of Bali’s F&B, nightlife, and hospitality scene
- Well-connected and comfortable engaging within these environments
- Comfortable with cold approaches and handling rejection
- Understanding of 5-star hospitality standards
