Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Increase sales performance and expand market reach
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate marketing KPIs and sales team performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across business functions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and overall business expansion
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and business strategies
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a team
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
- Solid experience in branding, digital marketing, partnerships, and sales strategy development is highly preferred
