- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (accuracy, visuals, services, and updates)
- Respond to reviews professionally and maintain strong brand reputation
- Identify and resolve issues affecting visibility (SEO, broken links, outdated content)
- Lead Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (Reels, TikTok, posts, stories)
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Develop and maintain brand storytelling across all channels
- Ensure consistent messaging across website and social platforms
- Manage website content and optimize customer journey
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.)
- Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Optimize strategies using Google Analytics and social insights
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Brand Social Media Specialist similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience managing business accounts (Google Business Profile + Social Media)
- Proven track record in content creation and audience growth
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, creative, or service-based industries would be a plus
