A Coffee Shop in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders and brewing equipment with proper maintenance and care
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and handle POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk and other supplies, and inform management of replenishment needs
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and area setup
- Ensure hygiene, safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as a Barista similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining beverage consistency
