A café in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to quality and presentation standards.
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and basic latte art.
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Keep the bar and work area clean and organised.
- Monitor basic stock levels and assist with restocking supplies.
- Support the café team with daily operations as required.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of espresso preparation and basic coffee techniques.
- Comfortable operating and cleaning coffee machines.
- Basic latte art skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and professional with customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working different shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
