Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and maintenance of the villa property
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and report issues to Management
- Coordinate repairs and renovations with contractors and service providers
- Manage inventory of supplies, furnishings and equipment
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide concierge services, including restaurant reservations, activity bookings and transportation arrangements
- Address guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the hiring, training, and supervision of housekeeping, gardening and maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with cost-saving strategies and financial guidelines
- Assist in ensuring adherence to local regulations, licensing requirements and operational compliance
- Maintain and update necessary documentation and permits
- Maintain strong communication with Management, providing updates on property conditions, guest experiences and operational needs
- Develop and nurture relationships with local vendors, service providers and the community to support villa operations
Requirements:
- Indonesia Citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as a Assistant Manager or in a related position
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality or in a related field
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Good financial management and budgeting skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with local compliance regulations and health & safety standards
- Valid driver’s license preferred
